Her second, Keep Your Seats, Please was made the following year.\n\nThis is a very fine signature (\"All good wishes, Florence Desmond, 'Under the Counter', Aug 20th 46') in dark blue ink on a vintage album page (7\" x 6.25\") in very good condition.\n\n\"Under the Counter\" was a musical comedy starring Cicely Courtneige. It had its premier in 1945 and ran for 665 performances in the West End.
