This isn't as commonly seen on Osprey vests as some of the other ammunition pouches in the set, but this is easily the most Ally, for the time. If you're careful, you can squeeze up to six in. Unlike the older models of pouches which were bulky when full, this is closer to magazine shingles that the US military were issuing at the time. If high-speed-low-drag is your thing, then this is the pouch for you.
