From her screen debut in 1947, Dorne appeared in some 35 films, including Once A Jolly Swagman (1948), Helter Skelter (1949), The Clouded Yellow (1951), Hindle Wakes (1952), The Yellow Balloon (1953), The Beggar's Opera (1953), The Good Die Young (1954), The Iron Petticoat (1956), The House in Marsh Road (1960), The Amorous Parwn (1962) and Devil Doll (1964).
This is a luscious UNSIGNED original vintage black and white Rank Organisation publicity photograph (9.5"x 7.5") for Dorne's appearance in Don't Ever Leave Me (1949). In excellent condition. Rank's studio flyer ("FRAMED. Sandra Dorne, who is featured in Gainsborough's DON'T EVER LEAVE ME, with Jimmy Hanley and Petula Clark") is attached to the reverse. A RARE SURVIVAL.
