Outstanding British actress, in some excellent films.
Kerr was nominated for an Oscar on no less than six occasions Ð for Edward My Son (1949), From Here To Eternity (1953), The King and I (1956), Heaven Knows Mr Allison (1956), Separate Tables (1958) and The Sundowners (1960).
She received an honorary Oscar in 1994 for Òcareer achievementÓ.
This is a very pretty early vintage sepia photograph (5.5" x 3.5"), signed in green ink ("Sincerely, Deborah Kerr") across the image. Although the signature runs over a busy area it remains completely readable. In very good condition.
