Gordon Jackson - 14570

Fine Scottish character actor. Jackson's film credits include Millions Like Us (1943), The Captive Heart (1946), Eureka Stockade (1948), Whisky Galore (1948), Tunes of Glory (1960), The Great Escape (1962), The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (1969) and many others. He is also fondly remembered for two long-running television series, Upstairs, Downstairs (1970-1975) and The Professionals (1977-1981). This is a superb vintage black and white photograph (5.5" x 3.5"), nicely signed ("With my best wishes, Gordon Jackson, May '51") in blue ink across the lower white panel. In excellent condition.
